A paper certificate can be lost, copied, or separated from the stone it describes. A Diamond NFU binds a stone's grading record to a permanent, verifiable digital identity — inscribed on the girdle, recorded on the XRP Ledger — so provenance stays attached to the diamond itself through every sale, indefinitely. Currently in early access, working with assaying bodies and grading labs directly.
A grading report is a paper (or PDF) record, issued once, then disconnected from the stone the moment it's copied, lost, or misfiled. There's no way for a buyer three owners later to verify that a certificate genuinely belongs to the diamond in front of them — or that the diamond hasn't been swapped since it was graded.
A stone's grading record is bound to a permanent digital identity — a code inscribed on the girdle, matched to an NFU recorded on the XRP Ledger and IPFS. Tamper-proof by design. Scan the inscription to verify the record directly, no platform login required.
XRPL native escrow holds payment until physical delivery is confirmed — the natural mechanism for a high-value stone a buyer needs to inspect before funds release. No middleman. If something goes wrong, either side can raise a dispute straight from their own wallet — the ledger enforces it, not a support ticket queue.
Every QR code doubles as a point of sale. Scan it, confirm in a wallet app, done — at a grading counter or a jeweler's till. No card reader, no merchant account, no monthly fee.
On every resale of a stone graded under your institution's category, the XRP Ledger automatically withholds a protocol transfer fee locked in at mint time. A weighted percentage of that fee flows back to your institution's node — not extracted by the platform, and not dependent on you managing the resale yourself.
Provisionally set at launch — transfer fee: — of the NFU sale price, then redistributed as:
Each Diamond NFU has a QR code baked into its cover image at mint time. Scan to verify grading data and ownership directly on the XRP Ledger — visible on Bithomp and any XRPL explorer, not just this site.

Your institution's own category node — claimed and owned the same way as any hierarchy category — earns a weighted percentage of transaction fees on every stone marked under it, automatically, without managing resales yourself.
Register InterestSell stones with a verifiable digital identity attached — a real point of difference for buyers who want more than a paper certificate. A QR-code point of sale, no terminal required.
Register InterestVerify a stone's grading record and ownership history yourself, before you buy — and every future buyer can do the same, indefinitely.
Register InterestNo blockchain experience required to buy or sell. The complexity lives at the protocol level — invisible to the end user.
Connect your XRPL wallet (Xumm, Crossmark). You control your funds at all times — the platform never holds them.

Scan the QR inscribed on the girdle, or search by NFU ID, to see its full grading record and ownership history instantly — no platform login required.
Buyer needs an XRP wallet. Payment enters XRPL escrow and releases on delivery confirmation — the natural mechanism for a stone a buyer wants to inspect first. Message the seller privately to arrange delivery, no personal details needed.
The grading record and ownership history transfer with the stone, permanently — visible to every future buyer, on this site or any XRPL explorer.
Beyond assaying bodies and jewelers, a small number of Founding Steward positions are open to people bringing legal/PR, development/business, or community skills to the network directly — application-gated, not first-come-first-served.
A payment terminal for in-person sales, protocol-level escrow with a built-in dispute process, and permanent grading-record provenance — all running on infrastructure that's publicly verifiable on the XRP Ledger. No proprietary databases. No hidden ledgers. The blockchain IS the record.
